One of three posters for Picturing Africa: Illustrating Livingstone's travels at the National Library of Scotland. The posters are different in content and colour but all the component drawings form the same distinctive outline of Africa on each of the posters.
I've produced lllustrations for information graphics, posters, displays and structures in a wide range of exhibitions and visitor attractions. These include illustrations used in the major restoration of Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum (voted 'Glasgow's favourite building') and the Robert Burns Birthplace Museum.

The museum's Fame display tracks the bard's rise from ploughman poet to global icon. The Last Supper, shown here, was created by Iain McIntosh. Opened just in time for Burns Night 2011 by Scotland's new makar Liz Lochhead, the new museum to the beloved bard is an appropriately grand tribute to the great man.

Enlargements of the vector cutouts above were printed onto 'dance-floor' sheeting and assembled into diagrams across the floor of the exhibition Imprentit which celebrated the 500th anniversary of printing in Scotland - celebrated in this major exhibition in the National Library of Scotland Edinburgh, home of the John Murray Collection.
